SVI Art Collection

For decades, St. Volodymyr Institute has been a stalwart guardian of Ukrainian culture, dedicated to its preservation and enrichment. At the heart of our mission lies the SVI art collection, a rich tapestry of paintings, prints, and sculptures that encapsulate the very essence of Ukrainian life, heritage, and landscape. These invaluable pieces have been acquired through both generous donations and acquisitions.

Guided by a passionate art committee and a dedicated staff, our collection has been meticulously curated, with research delving into the stories behind each artwork, from the artists themselves to the generous donors who have contributed to our collection. It is with great pride that we offer a glimpse into our collection, showcasing a selection of extraordinary works. Among them stand pieces by William Kurelek and Jacques Hnizdovsky, alongside contributions from visionary creators like Vladimir Strelnikov, Daria Alyoshkina and so many more.

As we forge ahead, our commitment to expanding and enriching the SVI art collection remains unwavering. We are steadfast in our determination to ensure its enduring legacy as a beacon of Ukrainian culture for generations to come. Moreover, we are equally dedicated to promoting Ukrainian artwork on the global stage, positioning it at the forefront of artistic discourse and appreciation.
